Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

On consignment items, we understand that you may need to see if something fits. If you need more measurements of an item, please contact us and we will try to get you what you need, to see if something will work for you. We will accept returns on items if they are sent back within 10 days of your recieving the item. All tags must be present on the item for a refund, minus the 10% restocking fee.  If the Discount Stable LLC tags are removed from the item , we will not accept the return. 

   Saddle fit is very important to us here at Discount Stable LLC.  We will take returns on saddles as well, minus the 10% restocking fee,  as long as it is within the 10 days of recieving the saddle. Then just follow the return process below.  If there is more wear on the saddle from the time of it leaving the store, there may be a charge accessed and the buyer will be notified of this charge.  All saddles leaving the store via the web will be photographed and all wear marks and blemishes will be noted. There is a fixed shipping fee on saddles :$35.00 on English and $45.00 on Western.   This will include insurance on the saddles. Also saddles will be shipped requiring a signature.

  
You must contact Discount Stable LLC by email or phone to noticfy us of the return. (330)628-0139 or Returns@DiscountStable.com  Then you simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.If you have any problems please contact us and we will help you with this process.

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Shipping

There is a fixed shipping charge on saddles : $35.00 on english and $45.00 on western.  This will include insurance on the saddle.  There will be a signature required on all saddles shipped or anything with a value over $100.00. All other items will be shipped by weight.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
